Terms & Conditions – Voucherino

1. Who we are

Voucherino is a software platform for businesses that want to create, manage and analyse loyalty programs and digital vouchers, with multi‑location support, audit trail and detailed reporting.

2. Service description

The app allows you to create and manage vouchers, track their usage, manage company locations and view statistics and reports about the performance of your loyalty programs. The platform is intended for professional business‑to‑business use only.

3. Accounts, access and responsibilities

• To use the services, you must create a user account and a company profile.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (company details, contact data, users, locations) and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all actions performed in your account and your team’s accounts (including issuing and validating vouchers).

4. Subscriptions, payments and renewal

Voucherino subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and billed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store, depending on the platform where you started your subscription.

• Available plans include (without limitation): 1 location, 2 locations, unlimited locations, billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Prices, billing period and any promotional offers are clearly displayed in the purchase screen of the App Store / Google Play before you confirm payment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can stop auto‑renewal from your Apple or Google account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Apple and Google; we do not store or process your card data directly. Any refunds are handled in accordance with App Store and Google Play policies.

5. Fair use and restrictions

• You may not use the platform for illegal activities, fraud or to circumvent applicable tax and accounting rules.
• You must not attempt to access other customers’ data, nor decompile or otherwise copy the service code and infrastructure without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts in case of abuse, repeated breaches of these Terms or non‑payment.

6. Data, backup and availability

• We use reasonable efforts to ensure ongoing availability of the service and regular data backups.
• Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons; where possible, we will notify you in advance.
• You are responsible for exporting reports and relevant data periodically for your own compliance and archiving.

7. GDPR compliance and data protection

Voucherino is designed to help customers meet their GDPR obligations, including by logging voucher usage and staff actions. For full details on data types and data subject rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid for the period in which the event occurred.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, product or business model changes. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or on the website, and continued use of the service after they take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
